Pro Aire Design Consultants, Inc. is currently under contract to furnish and install a full mechanical system replacement at Dutchess Community College in Fishkill, NY — a large-scale, multi-system HVAC project.
Scope includes 7 rooftop units with curb adaptors and thermostats, a full suite of mini-split systems, VAV boxes, a Dedicated Outdoor Air System, 16 fans including HVLS and exhaust units, 3 electric unit heaters, and a complete kitchen hood and exhaust fan.
